How does the return process work?
You ordered an item from us and want to return it? That’s absolutely no problem, we’re here to help you!
Please note that you may have to cover part of the return shipping costs. Here’s what you need to do:
• Open the Alpensattel returns portal
• Enter your order number and email address.
Important: You can find the 6-digit order number in your order confirmation. Please use the same email address you used when placing the order.
• Select the item you want to return.
• You will then receive a return label.
• Attach the return label to the package or use the QR code from the shipping provider and take it to the nearest parcel station or post office.
• After we receive the return, you will get a confirmation email and we will process the refund as quickly as possible.

Returns from Germany:
You can create a return label for €3.90 through our returns platform.
Returns from abroad:
Customers outside Germany bear the return shipping costs themselves, €7.90.
No additional processing fee applies. The flat rate helps us cover part of the logistics and handling costs.

When and how will I get my money back?
