Returns and Right of Revocation
Consumers have a right of revocation under the following conditions, whereby a consumer is any natural person who enters into a legal transaction for purposes that are predominantly not attributable to their commercial or independent professional activity:

A. Revocation Instruction
Right of withdrawal
You have the right to revoke this contract within 30 days without giving any reasons.
The revocation period is 30 days from the day you or a third party named by you, who is not the carrier, has taken possession of the last item.
To exercise your right of revocation, you must inform us (Shop Force GmbH, Reinstr. 8, 64720 Michelstadt, Germany, Email: support@alpenbestsattel.com) inform us of your decision to revoke this contract by means of a clear statement (e.g., a letter sent by post or email). You can use the attached sample revocation form for this, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient to send your cancellation notice before the cancellation period expires.
Consequences of cancellation
If you revoke this contract, we will refund you all payments we have received from you, including delivery costs (except for additional costs resulting from your choice of a delivery method other than the least expensive standard delivery offered by us), without delay and no later than 14 days from the day we receive your notice of revocation of this contract. We will use the same payment method that you used for the original transaction for this refund, unless something else has been expressly agreed with you; in no case will you be charged any fees for this refund. We may withhold the refund until we have received the goods back or until you have provided proof that you have returned the goods, whichever is earlier.
You must return or hand over the goods to us immediately and in any case no later than 30 days from the day you inform us of the withdrawal from this contract. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 30-day period expires.
You bear the direct costs of returning the goods.
You are only liable for any loss in value of the goods if this loss is due to handling the goods beyond what is necessary to examine their condition, properties, and functioning.
Exclusion or premature expiration of the right of withdrawal
The right of withdrawal does not exist for contracts for the delivery of goods that are not pre-made and for which the production is significantly determined by the individual selection or specification by the consumer or that are clearly tailored to the personal needs of the consumer.
The right of withdrawal does not apply to consumers who are not residents of a member state of the European Union at the time of the contract conclusion and whose sole residence and delivery address at the time of the contract conclusion are outside the European Union.
General notes
1) Please avoid damage and contamination of the goods. Return the goods in their original packaging with all accessories and all packaging components. If necessary, use protective outer packaging. If you no longer have the original packaging, please ensure adequate protection against transport damage with suitable packaging.
2) Please do not return the goods to us freight collect.
3) Please note that the aforementioned items 1-2 are not a prerequisite for the effective exercise of the right of revocation.
Refusal of acceptance
Refusal of acceptance does not count as a correct return. Since sometimes an external partner of the manufacturer handles shipping for us, a package that is not accepted does not end up at the address we provided. Unfortunately, this contradicts the legal provisions according to §§ 355 Abs. 3, 357 Abs. 1 BGB. Sending to the wrong address does not meet the requirements of § 355 Abs. 3 Satz 3 BGB. Even if there is no intent, negligence is assumed according to § 280 Abs.1 Satz 2 BGB.
Therefore, we ask that returns are always directed to the address we provided.

Voluntary return conditions
In addition to your statutory rights, we voluntarily offer the following return conditions:
Products purchased from us can be returned within 30 days of receipt, provided the goods are complete and in the same condition as when received. New items must also be new and unused upon return, used items must not show any additional signs of wear or damage. Furthermore, none of the exclusion reasons listed below may apply.
Goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal is excluded cannot be returned under the voluntary return conditions. The same applies to goods for which the statutory right of withdrawal has already expired at the time of return. Applicable exclusion or expiration reasons for the purchased product are specified in the above withdrawal instruction under "Exclusion and Expiration Reasons." The voluntary return conditions also do not apply to digital content and software that is not delivered on a physical data carrier (e.g., a CD or DVD).
Furthermore, products in the "Underwear/Nightwear" category are excluded from return (except for defective products).
The goods must be returned to the address mentioned in the above withdrawal instruction. The return period is observed if you send the goods to this address before the return period expires.
If you return goods in accordance with these voluntary return conditions, we will refund the purchase price. For returns of goods within the first 14 days after receipt. Furthermore, we will also refund the shipping costs and return costs in the following cases in addition to the purchase price:

if you received a damaged or defective item or the item did not match the description in the sales offer;
In any case, you bear the transport risk when returning items.
These return conditions do not limit your statutory rights and thus do not limit your right of withdrawal.
