Can I cancel my order?

We process orders very quickly – so cancellation is only possible within a short time frame. Here you can find out what is possible in each situation.

Contact us as soon as possible via our contact form with the subject “CANCEL + order number (AS...)".

My order has already been shipped – what now?

Once your package has been shipped, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. However, you can return the goods as a return:

  1. Accept the package unopened
  2. Register the return via our contact form (subject: “Return + order number")
  3. Receive return label by email
  4. Pack and send the item
  5. Refund within 5–7 business days after receipt of goods

How do I request a return?

You have 30 days from receipt to return items.

  1. Register the return: alpenbestsattel.com/pages/kontakt (subject: “Return" + order number)
  2. Receive return label (we will send you one by email)
  3. Pack and send the item (return shipping costs are borne by the customer – except in case of defects or wrong delivery)

The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the goods arrive at our warehouse.
