Can I cancel my order?
We process orders very quickly – so cancellation is only possible within a short time frame. Here you can find out what is possible in each situation.
Until when is cancellation possible?

Contact us as soon as possible via our contact form with the subject “CANCEL + order number (AS...)".
My order has already been shipped – what now?
Once your package has been shipped, cancellation is unfortunately no longer possible. However, you can return the goods as a return:
- Accept the package unopened
- Register the return via our contact form (subject: “Return + order number")
- Receive return label by email
- Pack and send the item
- Refund within 5–7 business days after receipt of goods
How do I request a return?
You have 30 days from receipt to return items.
- Register the return: alpenbestsattel.com/pages/kontakt (subject: “Return" + order number)
- Receive return label (we will send you one by email)
- Pack and send the item (return shipping costs are borne by the customer – except in case of defects or wrong delivery)
The refund will be processed within 5–7 business days after the goods arrive at our warehouse.
